For more than two decades, Sangam Tandoori has been a cornerstone of Williamstown's dining scene, bringing the rich flavours and warm hospitality of North India to Melbourne's west.
Founded and led by Chef Pardeep Verma, whose culinary journey spans more than 30 years, Sangam Tandoori is built on a simple philosophy: authentic food, genuine hospitality, and memorable dining experiences shared with family and friends.

With more than 30 years of experience in Indian cuisine, Chef Pardeep Verma has dedicated his career to preserving the authentic flavours and traditions of North Indian cooking.
His passion for quality ingredients, traditional techniques and warm hospitality has helped establish Sangam Tandoori (since 1999) as one of Williamstown's most loved Indian restaurants. Every dish reflects a lifetime of culinary expertise and a commitment to sharing the true spirit of Indian dining with the Melbourne community.
